I visited this restaurant on December 6, 2023, around 2 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member appeared more interested in leaving than in serving customers. I found it really unprofessional that he made derogatory comments about his coworkers while we were present. Additionally, many of the sandwich toppings were stale, and the bread was very hard. The young man was wearing headphones and didn’t hear my girlfriend when she repeatedly said that we were ordering together. I had another fantastic experience at this Subway, and one of the main reasons I return is because of Isabelle. As a social worker in Minneapolis, I commute about 90 minutes to work. I've tried several different Subways on my way home, but I always end up coming back to the one on Silver Lake Road due to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They are all wonderful, but Isabelle really stands out. She is articulate and courteous, and she consistently goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work, and thank you for employing such outstanding staff!
It's Subway, so I didn't have high expectations, but this place fell far below even those. They ran out of bread and didn’t inform anyone waiting in line, so we all stood there wasting time. On top of that, the employees seemed indifferent and more focused on chatting among themselves than helping customers. I've never encountered such poor customer service before. If you want Subway, avoid this location at all costs.
The service was somewhat slow, and they were behind on orders; however, the staff member was great at communicating and was able to catch up on online orders while helping me. Even though their coupon scanner was not working properly, he still honored the discount I was entitled to since it wasn't my fault. Overall, it's a nice place to visit.

I visited this restaurant again, and unfortunately, the service was really slow. There were two teenagers working who seemed inexperienced, and they don't accept any coupons. I would advise others to steer clear of this place—I won’t be returning. At $12 for a sandwich, I could make my own for that price using ingredients from Aldi!
The staff constantly complained during my visit, and it took them 20 minutes to prepare two veggie sandwiches. On another occasion, I ordered online, and the order was incorrect. I received mayo, which I didn't request, and it was impossible to remove.
Although Isabelle seemed to be quite busy with her workload, she remained exceptionally friendly and helpful, which contributed to a really enjoyable experience.
Adam help when I came in the store I'll definitely be back again one of the cleanest subways I've ever been to with the best service.
