It was disappointing how disorganized and frazzled they were. If we had time and knew the area we would have left before ordering. Then it took a lot of confusion and different people scratching their heads to eventually decide that they are not participating in the recent subway promotion. Perhaps it was easier than figuring out how to enter it on the register. A few of them tried to be nice at least hence the 2 stars.
Horrible customer service. And they clearly do not follow American with disabilities policies I was told that I was not going to be served. When I asked if she needed to read my mask exemption card. And she stormed out
The person making the sandwich coughed into her hand vice her arm and did not change her gloves. Not sure the rules in NY but most states have to have training on food safety and hygiene.
