I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of one staff member. While eating my sandwich in my car, I discovered a strand of hair in it. Since I recognized it was the same color as the hair of the woman working there, I decided to politely let her know about the issue. However, instead of addressing my concern, she snatched the sandwich out of my hand and threw it in the trash. To my surprise, she then rummaged through the garbage to find the hair I mentioned. When I requested a refund, she refused to give me a full one, arguing and yelling at me instead, and only offered half back. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with how I was treated.
Excellent service and delicious food! The staff truly goes above and beyond to be friendly to everyone who walks through the door. This charming spot is run by a small family with just a few employees. Nikki, in particular, is such a lovely person; she always welcomes each guest with a welcoming smile. This is, without a doubt, my favorite hidden gem!

Horrible experience.Staff needs to be taught how to speak to customers and then some product training.She was rude, impolite and lacked basic respect.Never going back there!I highly recommend the Subway at Bay Shore Road, their staff is courteous and nice.

Bad ?Had a delivery that had the wrong sandwich.Drove there to exchange the foot long for what I ordered. They refused to give me the right sandwich.Also the Subway app sucks .When you press the cart icon it goes to an error.
Although it indicates that it's temporarily closed, this Subway has actually shut down for good. Límon Grill is currently operating in its place. This page should be removed as it may confuse anyone searching for the Subway.
The subway has significantly improved over the years. This is my first time eating here, but I can tell this place really knows how to make a great sandwich. I love tuna, regardless of what any DNA tests might say! Haha!
I ordered a veggie delight. There were not many vegetables to choose from. The server making the sandwich seemed to be in a rush with only one other customer behind me. Very disappointed.

Subway has gotten much better over the years. I used to not eat here but this location is on point and always makes a great sandwich. I love the tuna no matter what the dna tests say lol
