Rude, arrogant staff working night of 21/9.Went to get two melts for myself and 10yr old daughter before gala awards night and First Lady had no idea what I wanted or how to make it, second lady then refused to add cheese, even though it clearly states for a fee you can add cheese. Never been a problem at ANY other store. All I wanted was bread with avo and cheese. Two ingredients!! and it was all too hard.Left without anything. Disgusting and rude service.
The service was friendly, relaxed but efficient, and helpful! The food was delicious! Our wraps were wrapped in such a way that they were easier to hold, unlike some other Subway Restaurants. The restaurant is large, open-plan, with booths and tables. A seniors discount is available for Seniors Card holders. A delightful visit!
Love Subway, eat it all over the World, its always fresh, its always great cause you get to choose your own salads, and just great value, especially when travelling, but we do eat at the Caloundra one around once a week, as we are locals
You just cant miss out at Subway Caloundra. The rolls and fillers are always fresh and tasty. The service is great, however it is best to time your visit to miss the mid-day rush as service can be a little slower at that time. Book a table now
We arrived with a voucher but the noise level caused some confusion. Although the voucher did not apply, they gave me the discount anyway. Got a great deal with great service and a smile as well. Food was fresh and tasty.
We went there to buy our lunch a couple of time while we were on holiday from NZ and as usual they had a good selection of healthy food and you can choose what you want in your bun. The daily specials are great. Murray C
all subways are the same, it was busy the service was ok, but while sitting to eat our subway the boy was washing the floor as people were walking in so made it really difficult for people to come in and out.
What can I say, Subway is Subway. However the staff here where nice, spoke well and where very curtious. The resturant was clean and the beach is with in 100m, so it was the perfect lunch. Book a table now
Food was fresh and tasty. Gets very busy around lunch and dinner. We grabbed a couple of wraps and headed to the seating down by the beach, which was a 2 minute or less walk.
