On September 22, I realized it had been almost a year since my last visit to this restaurant. The same manager is still in charge, but the menu has been completely revamped, even though it is being advertised as just adding new items. It will likely be over a year before I consider returning. The bread was stale and hard, and the spinach lacked freshness. The staff seemed disinterested in serving and their approach was quite robotic. I understand that it can be difficult to find good help nowadays, especially for entry-level roles. However, training should cover more than just menu items; it should also include effective customer engagement. Having spent many years in the restaurant industry...
The service at this restaurant is very friendly, making it an ideal place for a quick takeaway meal. I enjoyed dinner here and found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The quality of the food was excellent, so I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5. The service also deserves a 5, and the atmosphere is equally impressive, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Meatball Marinara, Italian BMT, Roast Beef, Lay’s Classic chips, and Steak Cheese. Overall, it's a fantastic option for a fast meal!
I only have a good experience with 1 of the employees that work here. She has great customer service and work ethics. Even when having a bad day she still is polite to anyone. Everyone could careless about their jobs. They will some times stop what theyare doing and walk away to have a conversation with other staff. Sandwiches are either half heartedly made or the bread is justburnt and not made right. It's usually the younger staff that do this. The manager isn't any better.
I placed a catering order for a lunch on the wedding day for the wedding party, but there was a breakdown in communication, and they couldn't fulfill the request for 35 sandwiches. After this major error, they refused to prepare the sandwiches at all. This oversight ultimately ruined our wedding day. Thank you, Stockton Subway. Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5.

This restaurant is definitely one of the cleanest I've ever been to. The vegetables, breads, and cheeses are impressively fresh, which is a refreshing change. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Stockton Lake.

I've never had an issue with this store. Whether I've ordered at the counter or online. Sandwiches have always been fresh and tasty. Love the new decor too!
