The person preparing my sandwich was clearly unwell and was coughing without any attempt to cover it. I understand how challenging it can be in the food service industry, where management often pushes staff to come in, even when they're sick. However, it would be better to have someone else handle customer service while the ill employee works away from the public, or at least make an effort to appear healthier. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The attitude of the waitstaff was incredibly rude. I mentioned my order four times, but she ignored me and continued to chat with her coworkers. When it was time to choose the sizes of my bread, she didn’t even ask and just laughed. When I requested a fork and knife, she handed me a used knife without any wrapping. I pointed out that it was used, and she took it away to throw it out. Overall, her behavior was unacceptable and it created a truly terrible experience.

The staff was not very attentive during my visit. The bread and cookies were burnt, and the portion sizes seemed inconsistent. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of care in their work. My girlfriend and I ended up suffering from food poisoning the following day. I would not recommend dining here.
The service at this restaurant is swift, but there isn’t a lot of seating for guests. The bread is freshly baked, and its quality matches that of other Subway locations. It's conveniently located in the center of a busy shopping area, but you might miss it due to the many nearby choices.
Horrible service. The staff could definitely benefit from some customer service training. They were rude and careless while making a simple sandwich. I felt compelled to leave a review after visiting this location for the third time. I won’t be returning, that’s for sure.
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any food setting .. sad pet is , it?s like this everyday with not an ounce of change .. management seriously needs to be reconsidered at this location.
