This subway is so discombobulated. The staff is rude. Especially the Indian woman, she never welcomes me when I come in which is several times a week. Last time I came in, she another female employee were too busy counting tips to even acknowledge me coming in. (Im used to every other subway, being greeted as soon as I open the door! so I waited around for them to finish. Finally take my order as An Indian family walks in, they get greeted and are welcomed with open arms, it seems selective on who they greet. But oh well, they also seem under staffed and if there is a line you can tell they both get flustered and annoyed with customers. I can see why they don't wear name tags! When I called...
We have ordered fm this Subway for 4 yrs. The bread is fresh the fixens are fresh. Above all, it's clean tidy. I observe that the servers wear gloves at the counter change those gloves when they lv the counter to tk care of task lk emptying garbage, handling money, cleaning tables, etc. One server used one ungloved hand to handle cashing out patrons regloved a fresh glove to serv patrons. That's not always the case at other locations. And it's not just Subway. I've had to ask sev servers to change their gloves after emptying trash bins....yep. Mgr are not always helpful in these cases...shoot the messenger...I've bn called over the top, too hi maint, . I now just walk out w/o a wd if they as...
They NEVER have my online order ready 15-20 minutes PAST the supposed pick up time. This has happened during the last 3 visits to this location. They literally wait for me to get there to start making the order. What is the point of ordering ahead if you are not going to have it ready?!
Closes at 10 but I'm here at 9:30 and the open sign is off and there's no one in sight? Maybe yelp had the wrong hours but damn.
