Our service was outstanding. Vee was our main server and she was friendly, helpful, and made our firsttime experience wonderful. Her helper servers were friendly and excellent too. Our mac and cheese balls were not good. Flavorless, including the sauce, and they were cold. Our burgers and club sandwich were better, but way overpriced. Had to ask for more blue cheese on the burger, because it wasn't even noticeable at first glance. The milkshakes looked good, though we didn't try any. The banana split was very good and enough for people. The music was crazy loud when birthday celebrations were conducted, but thankfully got turned down at other times. We went to celebrate an birthday. It was a very disappointing experience. There were only Insane Milkshakes available. And they were out of lots of candy for the drinks. Our service was extremely slow. I was disappointed in the value for the money spent
Service was poor! Waiters had us clean our own tables; supplied the roll of paper towels, but did not clean it. Waiters kept changing; food and drinks took a long time to come out. Terrible customer service
