We were very excited to eat here. Been a long time and always good. However, food was marginal, veg of the day was awful tasteless canned corn, I'm sure the crapppy bun was store bought. Meal was $16 of fish,which was fine. I was charged nearly $4 more because I used a credit card!!!!! I often do because of my rewards. Hostess said more business are charging ...no, they are not!!!! Several places won't take a card, only cash or check because of this. I should have been told.....I had cash. Sadly, I won't return. I can make a better dinner at home
Incredible Amish cuisine! This is, without a doubt, the best place to find authentic homemade food. I highly recommend the Amish sampler; it features three generous portions of soul-warming dishes on a single plate. Just a heads-up—the portions are quite large, so be prepared to take home leftovers!

Fantastic and historical place with excellent quality fresh made food and fruit pies! The chocolate peanut butter was great! Portions are huge!
