"Sugar fire was great! Were greeted immediately, asked if I was a first timer, and showed me how to order. I have the two meat plates, Brisket and pork were excellent. Baked green beans and cornbread were great. Something over $20 that seemed appropriate for good BBQ!"

On Saturday afternoon at Sugar Fire for lunch. The BBQ ribs were not disappointed. Half a rack was a lot for my husband. I tried the coffee-BQ sauce and it was excellent! I'm pretty sure I could just eat it with a spoon! I tried her too? Texas hot sauce, which is usually style I LOVE... this, but basically tasted like normal tomatoes ketchup sauce. Overall, it was a good culinary experience. They have outdoor seats that were plentiful, but it lacked real ambience (the restaurant is in a strip-mall). Great place to get BBQ outside the city center, where it does not crowd! felt really good, able to go straight in and order. It was not because of human deficiency, only very good flow at the service level. Ribs were great, a beautiful tie on the outside with good fat and juice in the middle. I should recommend the Mac and cheese? ve doubled. Corn bread was 5/10, rather dry. Also love the options for sauces. Total great visit and recommended if you have time for good St. Louis bbq.

I like the authenticity of this place. The smoked turkeys and smoked sausages are delicious. They are turning off their secondary dishes, which I consider unique, today's pages were a squash and zucchini-Casserole 4/5, Broccoli-Reis 4/5 and a corn and brisket-Chowder 5/5. I would highly recommend this place, I am always full when we go!

Fantastic Brisket! The ribs were a little dry and chewy preventing a 5 yet a very good showing for Sugarfire Smoke House. The restaurant was very clean, and provided an option to try all the sauces which I appreciated. The corn bread and Ham casserole were good. The Potato salad was OK.
