We tried this place for the first time, was really excited to see that they had belly dancing but I guess that’s only on Saturday evenings. Anyways was also excited to try Turkish food for the first time. Overall a great experience. Loved the Turkish tea. We ordered the vegetarian borek as the appetizer which was great, and mixed grill platter as the entree which had Chicken shish, lamb shish, kofte, adana and doner. We didn’t quite like the doner and found it to be dry but other than this, everything else was really good. We then tried 4 types of desserts (3 were to-go), kunefe which was excellent, baklava which was excellent, sutlac which was okay and revani which was excellent. Don’t forg...

Warning for God-fearing Muslims, They have a belly dancer come by and dance at all the tables every Saturday starting at 7:30pm. It was a rude surprise for my spouse and I while we were just trying to have a normal dinner. We were really caught off guard. The waitress didn’t say anything about it being belly dancer night while seating us, there were no signs on the door or wall, and there’s nothing mentioned on the menu that would indicate there was going to be a half naked dancer that day. Even if I wasn’t Muslim, I would think it’s obnoxious for a restaurant to do that. We were just trying to eat in peace.

It's a moderate restaurant where you can try different kinds of Turkish dishes. While the food provides a decent introduction to Turkish cuisine, I was disheartened to see a belly dancer performing in the restaurant. This performance is not in line with traditional Turkish culture and seems out of place in an establishment claiming to offer an authentic dining experience. I would urge the owner to reconsider this choice, as it detracts from the authenticity and could be seen as prioritizing revenue over cultural integrity.

Lamb kebab (has has kebab) tasted more like an Italian pork sausage. Not a distinct lamb flavor I was expecting when I order a lamb dish. Overpriced and under quality tbh. The appetizer plate with hommous, yoghurt etc was quite nice, but my entree left much to be desired. Service was very cordial, but for the price I would not chance another lamb dish here. I recently dined out at an Indian restaurant in Guilford and their lamb biryani was outstanding for the same price if not cheaper. Book a table now

The food is very good. I was a bit annoyed that after I asked for gluten-free rice (Turkish rice has tiny noodles), I was served first rice with bulgur and than breaded French fries. They did make an delicious side salad as a replacement and did not charge me for it , which was very nice! I would go there again, just be aware that gluten-free options are somewhat limited. Even the falafel are not gluten-free but they are amazing! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options very limited!

I had a wonderful time with friends at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, the atmosphere was lovely, and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend it for a dinner out with friends or family. The price per person was between $30-50. Overall, I would give a 5/5 rating for the food, service, and atmosphere.

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found the price per person to be between $20 and $30. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5. The service was decent, scoring a 3. The atmosphere was good, giving it a 4 rating. I would recommend trying the soup, Iskender Kebab Platter, Bread House Baked Bread, and Baba Ghanoush.

I should have been dining here for years! My only (rather poor) excuse was that it's out of the way of my normal routine. Sultan's took me right back to my years spent in Northern Greece and Turkey. The food is delicious and the service excellent. I can't wait to return and try more dishes! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Book a table now

This restaurant deserves an extra star for its delicious food, friendly staff, and laid-back atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu. Don't forget to say hi to the shy water server. Service: Sit-down Meal type: Dinner Price range: $30–50 per person.
