The staff is absolutely on point and very friendly and attentive The house starter was great and something different. We were there on October 16th. again in Sumack and were thrilled as always. Modern Turkish cuisine. As a starter we had the scampi pan and the Börek. Then the grill plate because we couldn't decide and there was something from all the specialties on it. As always, super fried and very tasty. The service and the good manners are also very positive: as soon as there is some quiet in the kitchen, the boss takes the time to get feedback directly from his guests. We'll definitely come back.
