So I went here and thought I'd eat something. there is a sign on the door that clearly says that no more than 3 people in the load at any time. there are a few people in front of me and this old guy goes after me, pushes me over, doesn't wear masks and asks for his order. I mention that there is a waiting queue, and two if he can read the sign on the door. the guy who serves, takes his side and says no care, they are served in the most prosperous vote he could. it went out and it will not be there again. utter witz, if do not even take a virus that can seriously kill people. utter witz, if they take care of their health or family, then they avoid this place.
twice in two weeks bad service to get the report. last week was fish and chips the fish yesterday was so bad, but the load exchanged out what was fine chicken cake chips in this week and could have been nice or nice. the cake was frozen near. So back into the load they said it was a chicken cake, I said, yes they needed to warm up. beyond believe. ok the shop will exchange their mistakes, but if they work and have only a limited time to lunch, this is not good. his last meal from the summer lane.
Love the fish chips and curry sauce from Summer lane fish bar, never had a bad meal. Tasty and always freshly cooked. Every time I’ve picked some tea up from here there’s always been a queue always takes a good 5-10 minutes waiting, sign of...a good chippy in my opinion.
absolutely beautiful the fish was as white as snow and cooked to perfection, the teig was amazing. I had a small part of chips because the usual portions were massive. there was a long q, but I can understand why. Book a table now
We made a telephone order on Friday evening for 9 of us and they got the order spot on the food as always was great and we always go here on our travels from Essex to Darfield! Best chippy by far!
Fantastic value for money, 1 portion of chips will easily feed 3 fish tastes great but order Haddock for best fish. Chip shop curry is great.
