we decided to come back after many years and taste sunny Han’s and were completely disappointed. I understand that for many reasons, the costs are rising, and I understand price increases, but quality is one that really needs to justify the higher price. this food was really bad! it was like a gelatin sauce, frozen chicken, desaster! Chinese food in safeway has a higher quality than this. it was very disappointed that we were not here, since Kovid was finally heu, let it shoot. schatz teriyaki yummm. I'm sorry we're out. orange chicken, white rice and vegetables on the side. I got it, and everything was like slop. really. the boy looked at me, I said veggies on the side? oh, you want me really nope! I haven't waited long enough!

connor has taken over my order, he has the best customer service. I have eaten alone so that I could hear his phone knowledge of taking a job, it was as if he had done it for years, they hold this hired! the food always tastes fresh and is delicious and I have been dining there for many years, over 20!

Ordered honey-teriyaki beef with yakisoba noodles. The noodles were plain, squishy, and had an odd taste. The beef was kind of slimy, stringy, and oddly spongy. Very sad to toss out my entire dinner after one bite.

Both meals half cooked no service. We have patronized this establishment for over 15 years and NEVER has suchlousy food.
