Not one of us was satisfied with our food.Our waitress did a very good job, only to be openly scorned by her team lead for a correctable mistake!!! Unpleasant Experience at Your RestaurantDear [Restaurant Manager],I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received at your restaurant on my recent visits. On both occasions, I was not greeted upon entering, and my pick-up orders were delayed without any communication. The last time I visited, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order, only to find it had been ready all along. The staff's lack of attentiveness and communication left me feeling neglected and disrespected. I am unsure if my appearance played a role, but the treatment I received was unacceptable. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers.
Getting a coffee cup refilled here is nearly impossible. The staff generally seem friendly, but it's hard to get their attention when they're preoccupied with their smartphones. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue these days. It’s difficult to leave a generous tip when the establishment doesn’t maintain itself well. The location has a run-down appearance, and the tables are wobbly. More often than not, I’ve found myself sitting at a table that had only been wiped down with syrup.
We eat here about (1-2) a month for lunch. We were very dissatisfied with the food quality on this trip.Burger and Chipotle chicken were skimpy, dry and lukewarm. Did they change food vendors to save money?We didn’t get our fries with the rest of the food.Thankfully this wasn’t our first trip because I’m not sure we’d come back.The staff was great! We miss our regular waitress, but Kay was great too!

I've never spent $30 on breakfast for myself before, but that changed today. I probably should have inquired more about the prices beforehand, as I was shocked to find out that just two sides of bacon cost $10. Hot coffee was nearly $4, and I ended up having one and a half cups. In total, $4.99 for three pieces of bacon seemed quite steep!
My second visit here. Ordered Iced tea with lemon. Out of lemons. Chicken salad sandwich with chips. Chips were soggy. Chicken salad wet.Left the chips and 1/2 sandwich. Disappointed. My partner ordered the hamburger which came long before the fries. He did say the fries were good once they arrived.
It was fabulous..6 of us only had to wait 2 mins once we arrived. Great service.. great food.. quick service. Will be back again, for sure! Parking: Lots of parking options in front and in back.
Went here on a wham due to my other spot being closed. Food was good. Service a little slow they seemed to be short staffed.
