When I say the best peassy I know, I've lived there for 10 years and know all the restaurants. This one is a "perle unknown." everything is done home. The cook is a "wealth and warm", every Monday he changes his card and invents new recipes. The waitress is very nice and attentive. The formula is excellent, with super values and amazing innovations. always fresh dishes. I'm never disappointed. It's the only restaurant where the wine has discretion. the price is really attractive, which allows to return to pleasure. Don't hesitate for a second. Unfortunately, it's only open the middays of the week.
arrived at the beginning of service, it took 1h15 for an entrance and a dish while there were no crowds!!!In addition, fish barely cooked and barely warm, flageolets. Farms, and pdts that accompanied the other dish were also barely warm. If I've seen it, only one person in the kitchen, one person in the service. This explains this!
everything is made home from entry to dessert with as much originality as quality: the result is always impeccable. We eat more than hungry, it's always varied, in short ... we feast. You can quickly make it a daily canteen if you're next to it and the homemade terrines... it's a killing!

During a peassy outing, we had lunch in this restaurant, in melon entrance to the ham of country, the melon was not ripe and no taste, after the fish was not hot, on the other hand, the dessert (mignardises) was good.
