It absolutely blows my mind that this place is rated so highly. As soon as I noticed that my coffee was coming out of a fully automatic machine, I knew I was in for a bad time. It tasted awful a bitter and disappointing latte (far worse than the free machine at my hotel) To add insult to injury, there are no lids for the takeaway cups something they only mentioned after I paid. So I paid €3.50 for a cup of awful tasting coffee which I then spilled on myself on the way to the gate. I almost just threw it in the bin on the first sip and I kind of wish I did because at least it would be in the bin rather than on me and the airport floor. We arrived to get a quick snack before our flight for family and disabled grandma. The blonde spanish women misunderstood that we only asked for 1 tea and served us 2 when we asked for 1. When we questioned them for a refund because we didn't ask for this the women started shouting at us. Told us she needed to speak to management and when she came back she gathered the change and threw it at us and was blaming us for her making the mistake. Followed by bad attitude. Not exaggerating when she literally threw the change. Won't be using this restaurant again as such bad service. Avoid
Trato al cliente espléndido. Soraya y Verónica geniales. Nos hicieron la espera en el aeropuerto muy amena con su buen rollo y bromas. Suelo viajar bastante, espero encontrarmelas en la cafetería las próximas veces que viaje. Si ellas están, vuelvo seguro. CHAPÓ
Las chicas que nos atendieron eran muy amables. Se nos retrasó el vuelo y, como la cafetería está en la terraza del aeropuerto después del control de seguridad, se nos hizo un poco más amena la espera estando al aire libre.

La señora Soraya me ha ofrecido a la hora del cierre, que tenía hambre y estaba todo cerrado, a un bocadillo y gracias que me atendió súper bien, aunque ya estaba casi cerrando el bocadillo de tortilla me dio fuerza
Muy agradecidos a la atención de Soraya en el establecimiento. Un buen lugar para tomarse un café con bollería y relajarse antes del viaje.

Un lujo. Terraza para despedirse de la isla tomando el sol. Pocos aeropuertos tienen esa deferencia hacia los fumadores.
