Disappointed as they forgot our free chicken wings and added 20 mins to wait time and were a further 5 mins late. When I spoke to them about the missing item they said next time, eventually they agreed to send later. Over an hour later they called to say they'd give us 2 next time. It was our first time ordering with them in over a year as our usual was closed and I won't go back ever again. Poor service, which I thought was complacency previously hence changing to a different takeaway, has been proven to be their standard. Also overpriced compared to others in the area.
Prices charged were actually different to those on the order menu. Receipt attached to bag shows Pancake Rolls 2.90 (not 3.40) ' Chicken Lemon Sauce 5.40 (not 6.20), House Special 5.80 (not 6.60) and Boiled Rice 3.50 (not 4.30). A charge of 3..40 was added as 'online payment ', of which 50p was the card fee. The rest 2.90 makes the difference between the two prices. Yes, I saw the total 21.00 but did not check why it was this amount. This is a misleading practice. If their own receipt shows the price that I was expecting 2.90?
Quite pricey but food arrived before delivery time and we got two free drinks which is always a great surprise! Food was in generous quantity also.
