Bad experience today at the checkout, humiliated by a bearded checkout attendant of a certain age who called out to us in front of everyone, asking us to be careful. because my daughter slipped her tiramisu on the box which I wanted to bring back to the seller out of politeness and the worst part when I asked him for some paper towel to clean his box he told me it was 5 cents per sheet Very high quality store but staff to be trained in terms of interpersonal skills
Customer experience in the delicatessen, cheese, butcher and meat departments is simply catastrophic! In terms of experience we are close to nothing since the move it’s just been hell
