Good food. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had to ask the server 5 times for an item and just tell to tell us they ran out of it. Wasn't even busy at the moment and Constantly had to keep calling server over in order to get attended. Place seem disorganized and low staffed... the server was a really cool guy though overall so shout out to him. except for the lady at the end who kicked us out saying they were closed and didn't let us clean up. Very rude lady.

Great place have been coming here for years and the service has always been nothing short of amazing! You get a few all you can eat options and the prices are pretty low compared to the other kbbq places around the area. The meat always looks fresh, the sides are simple but delicious and drinks are few but well known.
We thought it would be packed at 3pm on a Friday but it wasn't at all. The service was great and attentive. The food was amazing, especially the side dishes. So much flavor. Miso soup was on the salty side but eating it with grilled meat evens itout. Book a table now
We arrived around 1 pm, so we had a choice of seating. The restaurant was VERY clean, friendly atmosphere, the service was great. There was a large variety of fresh meat selections, and was brought out quickly. I wouldn't mind going back.
This was my first experience at a Korean BBQ, and I mentioned that to the waiter, but he was not particularly helpful. The food was just okay, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. When I left, the woman was still picking her nose.
I love this place and this was my first time dining in here. Their side dishes tasted AMAZING and the meat was actually very high quality. I always go to GEN before but I think I’ll stick with this place from now on.
Great price, good meats, good options. Service was fast and attentive. Called ahead and they were super nice on the phone. Indoors could use a remodel but who cares when you have to wait 2 hours for GEN. Book a table now
Food was decent, but they were understaffed. The waiter did his best but when I asked for help from one of the women, they said they were too busy to help. And then they kicked us out right at closing.
