Maki clearly not dense or tight enough, rice not sticky enough so get fucked when you take them to the chopsticks, quite some compositions of the menus don't even have fish in (for some maki menus for example chives cheese etc, so it makes expensive in the end (the principle of sushi or makis is still to have fish or seafood in, or so I have to go back to it!
