I've dined here a few times, but I’ve never been particularly impressed. While it’s conveniently within walking distance, I’d say the experience is average at best. On this occasion, I made the questionable decision to eat some chicken from the conveyor belt that was uncovered and at room temperature. I still don't know what led me to think that was a good idea. I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant! The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff that made the experience even better. The atmosphere was also top-notch, creating a warm and inviting environment. I highly recommend trying the Karaage Chicken – it was absolutely delicious!
Great food, can’t knock it, my only gripe is they charge 15% surcharge on public holidays, which is actually a deterrent, they’d get more customers if they didn’t do this during public holidays and they would earn more than they do when they add this surcharge on. Sales 101: charge less to sell more; charge more to sell less.
