Not sure why the rating is so low. I've tried sushi from many different shops and restaurants in hurstville and sushi hub is still my go to. I like it because of the texture and seasoning of the rice, it is never soggy. I also like it because the sashimi and raw fish in the sushi rolls are never stringy. My recommendation is the salmon and avocado with brown rice roll. Another favourite is their abalone salad Entertainment book offers 25% off at sushi hub. Also, if you go at the end of the day, they have 10% off.
Why the low ratings? New little shop. Very busy! Tried the salmon And tempura veggie sushi. Also got a few rolls for home. Seriously good. Seriously fresh. These guys were pumpin them out and rolling to meet people's requests and orders Nice to see the sushi being made in an open kitchen. Enjoyed this little take away joint. Will be back.
sushi is very good hub is the best takeaway sushi place in my experience. I always see that they make the sushi fresh, and they have so good options! their ingredients also live up to their look, so delicious and perfectly combined! the salmon and avocado rolls are my target.

Sushi here are pretty tasty and yummy. The sushis all look very presentable and tasty and there was a variety to choose from. I would come back here again.
a lot of change. they use long grain rice here. quality is okay. one of the better sushi places in hurstville. the lower level of westfield.

Was ok nothing to brag about have had better had the California crab and my wife had the cream cheese with smoked salmon
