One of the best Japanese restaurants I know. Be there for about 5 years. The place is clean. The atmosphere is soothing. The staff is nice. Met the owner once and he is quite friendly and responsive. The food is great and delicious. Love my sushi in black rice rich in antioxidants. Was not disappointed so far. Kudos to Sushi Ko. Arigato gozaimasu.
Food so beautifully prepared you won't want to eat it...I finally broke down and was amazed by the complex flavors and how scrumptious each morsel is... What isn't shown but was the highlight of the experience was the crispy duck salad, so simple but elegantly prepared. Cannot wait to go back again for another mind blowing journey with yummy food!
From Sushi ordered Ko earlier and it is always a pleasure! The staff is great and the food is DELISH! The owners Jasmine and James are so nice people. It always impresses me as they know each customer with names. The food is always fresh and it is really an artwork! This is our only visit to Sushi. If you didn't try, you should!
Outstanding! Fresh sushi and one of the top sushi spots in Merrick/Bellmore area. Overall ambiance has limitations and dates but service top notch with creative, flavorful and fresh sushi rolls. Will definitely visit again as this has become gold standard for sushi in this area. Book a table now
Had a typical dinner with friends. The food was neither outstanding nor disappointing, and was priced moderately. Despite a long wait due to a busy Friday night, the fish was delicious and fresh. We might consider returning in the future.
My new Faborite Sushi on LI. I have a sushi/sashimi to go for 2 special. Eveything super fresh and they are proud of the preparation. Great discovery. Amazing sushi. Will definitely return. Five stars on the way!

My favorite dish here is Grilled Cod. $31 for two pieces is really good deal. Their fish is very fresh.The only thing I wanna complain is the store opening hour. Hope they can open longer. Book a table now
