I visited with friends to celebrate my birthday. The service was appalling. Rude staff and left us waiting ages to be served, despite the restaurant being quiet. We opted for the ‘all you can eat’ and waited ages to order, then spoken to rudely when finally ordering and had politely asked a question about the ordering process. The guy literally shouted at me for no reason and walked off. The food was really tasty (thank god) but it definitely needed more variety. They kept bringing us plates of noodles for the table which we didn’t order (a tactical move to fill us up quicker). Then came to pay only to find they had charged us double the service charge and wouldn’t account for the extra £38...
We decided to try this restaurant for lunch. It was clean and well-presented. Emily served us. She was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. She was very nice to our child. She looked after us and we appreciated how friendly and understanding she was towards child, even though he was messy. There was an Oriental male member of staff who was also nice to us. The food was very good. The sushi was fresh and the curry was nice. The half price offer suited us and we look forward to returning. The only downside was an old Oriental woman who was complaining about our child moving around. She was rude. The customer service at Sushimania Whetstone is awful. Some of the staff, including the night duty manager on November 10th, 2023, were extremely rude. They insisted on separating us from our family when we only wanted to order from the a la carte menu for dietary reasons. While my family ordered 4 bottomless meals, they humiliated us and never apologized. It is worth noting that had we wanted to cheat, we could have ordered just 1 bottomless meal for 6 people. I attempted to contact the Head Office via email, but received no response. Additionally, their contact number and email are not working.
We had a wonderful lunch with the children at this restaurant. I made a reservation the day before because it was a school holiday and I expected it to be crowded (which it was). Ordering through the app was simple since there were pictures of each item, making it easy to see what you were ordering. We opted for the main menu, which had every dish at half price. The food was delicious and there was a generous portion. The sushi was particularly good! I will definitely be returning when I am craving sushi again.

So I have visited this restaurant on a number of times. We have ordered from the all you can eat buffet and from the A La carte menu. The food on the A La carte menu besides have a larger variety is much tastier. The buffet menu is also very good, a great option if you are really hungry, still has a huge variety to choose from. Everything was freshly made. I love the fact they have now gone digital to order from buffet, makes it so much easier and definitely more professional.
The restaurant space is very comfortable, with plenty of room between tables. The staff is friendly and the food was fresh and served promptly. Emelie was especially welcoming and attentive, ensuring our experience was enjoyable and explaining how to order using a QR code since I was unfamiliar with the process.
First time here and was greeted by a slightly strange man who wanted me to order immediately before anyone in my group turned up “, as they were going to be busy ? Food was plentiful but sushi wasn’t the best we had had. Prawns were mighty thin and small. Was decent value but won’t be going back in a hurry
Two young men had lunch. On paying their bill one dropped £10 note. No attempt was made to return the money to the young student. The owner/manager picked it up smiled at the waitress and they kept it. Dishonest

I eat here regularly. The half price deal is on every lunchtime. Very good food. I can feed my entire family including two kids for around £40 and we all leave happy and very full. I would highly recommend.
We visited restaurant as a family today. The food was amazing veg gyoza was amazing. We opted for half price. It was a good price. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be there for sure.
