Excellent Our cure every 2 weeks since 1 year Sushi as we love them. More than friendly bosses! Rice is not heavy Fish of very good quality Fishes at home (even salty/sweet and others) Everything fell. Commanded for the parties, 1 tray in the evening really good, but the next day 2 trays and everything was dry and a little hard, even with sauce it doesn't pass and the guests had difficulty eating, really disappointed with the quality given the price spent on delivery...
Shop held by a very pleasant Asian Franco couple, everything is handmade and ordered. Sushi rice is the best I have eaten so far on Epinal/Golbey.
