This is the worst service we have ever experienced. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 and it was not very busy. We ordered food and the sushi came within 10 minutes, but the hot food never arrived. When we asked the staff about our food, they said they were working on it in the kitchen. After 15 minutes passed, we asked again to place an order but it never came. We were told to fill out the form again. Another 10 minutes passed and still nothing arrived at our table. Horrible service!!! I was a regular costumer but yesterday was the last. For the past couple of times I have noticed that our orders were coming mixed up- didn't know whose was what but wasn't such a big deal. However, half of the order was missing. The first-time they modified our order, the waitress said that it was too much of food and we wouldn't eat it. Well we reordered it and we did eat it! Last time the same. Today eventhough we went there before it got busy, our order again came half. For instance, we ordered 2 dragon rolls, only 1 came. same with other rolls. So I came here Thursday night at around 8pm. Door says they close at 10pm. It wasn't packed at all. But the service is slow, feels like they are understaffed. The food was good but I was taking my time eating and the waitress came over at 9:25 to say they close at 9:30p. So we didn't finish a good amount of food and they were kicking people out at 9:30p. I was disappointed in their service because why wouldn't you say that as soon as you seat us or give us a last call to put in a final order. I really wanted to try their fried Oreos but I was saving it for the end. They also didn't bring out our crabmeat salad. Been coming here for maybe 20 years now. I understand some of the bad reviews, but the truth is that if you want an inexpensive, quiet place with great sushi and beer, and you can live without the bells and whistles of a pricier restaurant, then this is the best spot on long island.Food: 5/5

This is literally the very best everyday sushi I have ever had in my life (and I have had A LOT of sushi in my day . I’ve tried a large portion of their menu and everything I’ve ever gotten has been beyond amazing. Also very efficient staff. I’m just glad this place exists :
This is my family's favorite restaurant! We absolutely love it. We went tonight and the staff is incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and it was a fantastic experience. Even my 20-month-old enjoyed the food! Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
Food came quick. Photos looked good. Interior looked good too. Affordable price. Was starving, Ordered on UberEats and found a dead bug on the edamame. No hate or dislike to the restaurant, just mentioning for better precautions towards staff.
I have never had a better Japanese food buffet in this area! The service is excellent and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant! Score: 5/5
