After we returned from a fantastic journey to japan, we came with (too high expectations). the room is beautiful and clean. the waitresses are somewhat rough (either not japanese or have lived in annemas for decades. the soultangsalat and the misosuppet are average (the...kind that they can get in a French/swiss super market). the spits consisted of large pieces of fat and salty meat/salmon (can be pieces of 45g meat). we didn't eat them all, even though we don't usually waste food. the one with bark and cheese was completely absurd to me. the rice was even worse, so pasty. Among all sushi restaurant I've been, this wins the first place. The atmosphere is ok and the service was fast, but the real surprise was the sushi, just amazing! Plenty of different choices and some particular tastes (sea urchin for example), absolutely reccomended, I will...come back.
the plates were not delicious and small for the price. the chief took it bad and was cynical. She didn't even offer us the coffee. she was almost rude. we will never return there again. I know so many better places to eat.
excellent selection of sushi, sashimi and yakitori must be one if they are in the opposite or in genf no comparison with genf prices must taste the chef specials
