Sushi Shop - Table reservation

Saturday September 16, I went to pick up my order. Out of 6 tacos ordered, only three had been prepared... Instead of completing the order, an employee began to redo all 6 tacos.... In the meantime, I paid and left a generous tip. 3 young girls and a young man were present in the store, with no manager to supervise them... The one who was responsible for preparing my tacos kept chatting with her friends, taking all her time and interrupting her work to laugh better at his jokes. She could see that I was waiting, but not once did she glance at me... It took a long time... I regret not having taken back my ticket left as a tip... The tacos were sloppy, one of them had almost no pieces of tuna....

The second I set foot in the store, they ask me if I made an order. After telling him no, looks at me with despair and tells me the waiting time. I tell him no problem and give him my order. Not even finished, the employees are shouting at each other, insulting each other and complaining. All this to end with a poke bowl that only has salad, rice and chicken with no flavor (that's not what I ordered).
