Came until today just before 5:00 and bought a slider and 2 reels. They asked them to cut it for me bc would make it easier for me and my daughter to eat and share in the car. I was polite when I was asked. They said they just cleaned up and didn't. It is hard to pull out a knife and cutting board and then wash 2 reels after cutting. Seriously, don't be so lazy. There were 4-5 employees there, everyone could turn around when it was so difficult for 1. Also, asked what was in a certain role and it seemed as if the young lady would help me, would know she had to ask another employee. Unless she was new, I understand. Wanted one sushi roll for a little snack, $3.80 wanted to pay cash. Tells me its $4.80 if l dont use my card, 15% surcharge if l use cash. What a joke! Wont be going there again, l will walk down the other end that dont charge me to use cash. If you want sushi please consider going somewhere else to make a point , its not ok to over charge like this
The sushi is actually the best, service is terrible. There was no customers, 3 people working, not 1 of them looked up once to serve me. Was left waiting for ages. Made eye contact with one of them, he just walked out the back and ignored me. Business must be booming if they are able to blatantly ignore customers. Good for them.
I bought 2 Vegan sushi wraps and with in 30 minutes of having the wraps I threw up everything. Be careful when buying Sushi.. not sure if the contents were old..
