We regularly get takeaway from this store. It is very busy but turnaround times are generally good. Apart from the odd off night over the past few years, the food is always fresh and of a high standard. We prefer takeaway over eating in here as it is usually packed out (which is testament to good food). The only complaint with this and I would presume all Sushi Train franchises have gone this way are the reduction in portion sizes of the meals. It's like McDonals cutting the size of a burger by a third, it just shouldn't be done. Would much prefer incremental price rises than the culling of portion sizes. If you have never experienced a Sushi Train type restaurant, this one is definitely one of the better ones. It seems to be very popular, so you may have to wait. It's worth the wait. They have traditional Japanese, and not so traditional meals. If you're feeling adventurous, try the sea urchin. I tried it once only. Most of the food here is delicious and much better than the sushi rolls you pick up at noodle stores. The food goes around the restaurant on a moving belt. They have an amazing selection of Japanese food, prepared expertly as you watch. Watching the food being prepared is part of the experience. This will be one of my favourite places to eat whenever we visit Brisbane.

Well received friendly and spotless location although more tables might be pleasant the staff and the food were excellent . No waiting and chef and waiting staff took orders pleasantly and food came very quickly. Tempura was ok noodles were excellent and miso soup good,Appeared to be a Japanese professional staff not Korean.Well worth visiting in what is an excellent shopping centre from the point of view if a Southerner.

This is probably the best Sushi restaurant I have been to in Australia. The food is probably best described as fusion, but it was really delicious. The more adventurous can order less common dishes, such as Sea Urchin. Service was great and efficient.
