For ramen enthusiasts, Tsujita and its Annex are revered as a temple of tsukemen, where waiting in line is worth it any day of the week. The success of their rich pork broth and noodles has made them a must-visit spot. So when news of their new sushi restaurant, Sushi Tsujita, came out, there was skepticism. But stepping into the restaurant, you are met with a chic outdoor patio adorned with an exquisite chandelier, giving off an upscale vibe. Inside, the intimate yet spacious interior is a standout in LA's dining scene. While the $15 lunch deal was enticing, I opted for the Special Assorted Bowl for $35, which included a delicious chawanmushi steamed egg followed by a variety of seafood dis...

Here's the recommendation of my friend who loves Grandmakase. We were a party of 5 and reservations in advance, but it wasn't busy at 6:00 when it opened. You accept walks with customers. They asked for allergies at the beginning. The Grandmakase was wonderful. So fresh and delicious. The rice, the fish, the wasabi, everything or he was great. Also favorable for Omakase containing an a5 wagyu appetizer. I recommend it. There is a parking space in the back that is small, but if you arrive early, you can park for free as long as you eat in the restaurant. Parking: It is hard to impossible if you arrive in the main meal, good luck? Nutrition restrictions: You ask for allergies and can put somet...

This is a quick review of the new sushi restaurant opened by the Tsujita group on Sawtelle last month, just a short distance from their ramen shops. We visited a week after their opening, and I was pleasantly surprised by the meal. I must disclose that we dined for free, not as media, but as friends of Kenta-san, the Tsujita corporate chef. This is Tsujita's first venture into sushi that I am aware of, and I was unsure of their skill in this area. While they may not yet match the quality of Shunji and Kiriko in the neighborhood (or the city), they are on par with Q. The Tsujita team is invested in the restaurant, evident in the decor and high-quality ingredients they utilize.

I had an incredible experience! I visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner, and the Tokyo omakase was absolutely fantastic—truly one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff were extremely attentive and offered excellent sake recommendations; it's clear they genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. Each course was fresh and flavorful, showcasing the best tastes. I typically don't enjoy uni, but it was exquisite here. I can't wait to return the next time I have something to celebrate! For fresh, high-quality sashimi and sushi, this restaurant is a must-visit! If you're willing to splurge, the omakase is definitely worth it, but the lunch specials are a great way to sample their offerings first. Make sure to arrive early as the lunch specials are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't miss out on this restaurant!

I had a lunch omakase $100), and it was really good. The fish was fresh and well prepared. The appetizers were fun and delicious, and all the nigiri sushi was yummy. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was nice. The staff was friendly and professional.

Although this isn't my top choice for omakase, the prices are unbeatable! They offer three different experience options, with the pricier one featuring wagyu.

Top Notch Sushi. Cost-effective, but the price for a high final meal. Creative dishes. Book a table now
