In each chosen dish there was a rupture of ingredients. I finally chose a defective cevichito and the juice of the defrosted foods flowed out of the bowl I had on my bag and my towel passed there... my companion took sushi that was short of it I strongly advise you. Everything is broken and the rest is not top at all. Apart from the kindness and smile of the seveuse who does her job well... there is definitely no reason to stop in this... resto?
We went there because we were advised. We've been regaled! sushi are innovative, a mix of Latin america cuisine with sushi, there are for all tastes. Of course we wait, but the chefs make them to order and are alone in the kitchen, believe me waiting in vain when you see the quality of the products! the welcome is warm and friendly, in short we have only one desire, to return!
Food is very tasty and interesting (I've never had Doritos on Sushi before). Service was polite and prompt. He was kind enough to speak to me in English instead of making me butcher French. Great location and good food. Definitely stop in if you're in Nantes and like fusion cuisine.

good cuisine, original, not super cheap, the main negative point 30mn for the 30mn entrance for the dish and add 15 to 20mn for the ordering in the beginning.
