Pearl City Highland Market Sushi-Man. Great menu, fast service, decent quality and taste. Ordnete spicy tuna handroll, good size portion, taste was good, but tuna was mined and with spicy Mayonaise mix, can not really say whether it is actually tuna or inferior fish. So said reasonable price to $3,50 and satisfied my desire. The Highland Market is open daily from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The facility is the same as in Japan. You load on how many plates you get and the color of the plate. It's sushi. How can't it be good? There's a lot of change. They even have local favorites such as spam and rice. I can see why people are always waiting here.
Relocated a few rooms in the newly renovated Pearl Highlands Food Court. Equally friendly service and rustic great sushi roles and other different sushi basics and specialties. Very fast service despite long lines at times.
Work nearby and go here alot. Pokebowls are pretty G and usually fast. Great place if your on a lunch break!
