Yesterday was my third order in this place in two months and I have to say that it was a little disappointing... the takoyaki portion was incomplete (one ball was missing), I called to say so and the person who picked up the phone (I understand it's the owner) apologized and told me that he would give me the corresponding bizum (I have not received anything).
