My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Sushi Xuan Asian Grill. The service was excellent from start to finish. We ordered vegetable tempura, pad Thai noodles with shrimp, salmon sushi rolls, tuna sushi rolls, and egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. The tempura was unlike any I've had before, with a delicious sweet taste from the double or triple coating. The sushi was perfectly bite-sized and the soups were flavorful and MSG-free. Sushi Xuan was delicious! We really enjoyed the Nigiri and roles we ordered. I tried my favorite sushi place in ABQ. They don't see fat tuna everywhere, but they had it and rocked it. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and above all the reception of our toddler. We ordered the chicken rice from the children's menu, it was very good and the part was huge! We got another soup, hot sour, egg drops and fog were all great. We are excited to return and try more things!
I arrived late to pick up my order because I was rescuing a dog from the pound, but the chef quickly remade my order. I enjoyed the amazing sushi as I drove home, and it was the best I've had in Albuquerque in the 15 years I've been exploring new places! Highly recommend, especially the crunchy roll and California roll. The prices were affordable too! 10/10. I won't be searching any longer - this is now my favorite spot!
Randomly in this part of town for work, when I passed by it a second time my stomach rebelled and I pulled in. Brilliant service, sake in a minute, hot and sour soup in two, sushi roll and seaweed salad (huge serving! in 5. I think I was only there 15 minutes. Attentive service, fresh food, low key reggae music, all very good. I'll try to find more reason to go to east ABQ.

Walnut shrimp was slightly sweet and delicious served with crisp broccoli florets. Chicken Pad Thai was good and a lot of it. We had four meals from it. Our new favorite place. Excellent selection of sake. Food is 5 star but overall ambience caused me to rank it 4 stars.
This restaurant is a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the trip. It has the best nigiri and sushi in town. They also have options for those who don't like sushi. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend trying the spicy scallops - they're my favorite!
Just taking a minute to thank the Sushi Xuan staff for their OUTSTANDING food quality and customer service skills. Consistently the best place we have eaten from/in for over 5 years now. Keep it up guys. Will be ordering very soon... again!!! Regards.
Presentation is out of this word. The food is excellent and yes I go for the sushi and sashimi. Very fair pricing and much to my surprise they have an excellent Key lime pie. Have dined there a number of time and never have I been disappointed.

The food is exceptional - prepared quickly and deliciously. The curry chicken is not overly spicy, and the orange chicken has a satisfying crunchy texture. The portion sizes are just right.
