Finally remembered to try out this joint that I 've pinned saved away for over 2 years, and have forgotten all about it.1st of all, DO anticipate to WAIT, if your party is more than 2. We did with 4 1 child, about 35 minutes of wait time, and well worth the wait! ? ?The ambiance is quite Japanese nostalgic, that 's 4 sure. Filled with neat decored wall eye catching, unique items to look at while waiting. Tables of 2 up are all throughout the establishment, and fun vibes. We started with a few apps (Hamachi Kama, Chicken Kara-Age, Gyoza, Okonomiyaki, Hiyayakku Tofu) , then continually to add on as the time went by (Hamachi Crudo, and all sorts of grilled variety of skewered meats Veggies), and...

I loved this japanese bbq restaurant. Great place to come with family or friends and share a wide variety of dishes. The portion sizes are awesome to try it all. The service was outstanding and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend itWe ate chicken Karaage, seaweed salad, Okonomiyaki, Yaki Onigiri chazuke, short ribs, skirt steak, pork belly, beef tenderloin, momo, kawa, hatsu and eggplant. My favorite was the Chicken Karaage. It reminds me of taiwanese popcorn chicken.

Ramen was very good, and came with a good portion size. Kind of expensive for one meal but if you don’t eat the whole thing, it makes for a good lunch the next day. Atmosphere was okay, cute and I like that you can see the kitchen. It was my girlfriends birthday and she got a tiny plastic baby, which was pretty awesome! There is also an off menu vegan ramen option which is great too!Vegetarian options: Great vegan ramen.

The fries were awesome!! Definitely the best thing I ate the whole night. The portions are on the smaller side, you have to order quite a bit for it to feel like a full meal so it can get pricey. Also be prepared to wait as it gets very busy. Up to 60 min wait on a Tuesday night.
