Highly recommended by a friends so a group of us dinner last week, a booking for 3. Staff informed me that the laksa was not available on the menu, finding out later from the owner it was under a different name, staff should have been informed. Our food was NOT brought out to us together so we had to be extremely patient and watch each other eat, POOR customer service. A couple of the meals were over priced in my opinion as the portions were quiet small including the floating market seafood soup, there were crustaceans hidden among the ingredients making it hard to eat and hardly any seafood not to mention it came out warm. I informed the owner and she didn't quite understand what i said. No...

This is one of our favourite local restaurants. It is mid-range, not super cheap, but the meals are truly superb. The chef is outstanding and many of her offerings are a little different to the usual presentation of the dish, for example her Pad Thai was presented inside an omelette, which might sound strange, but was wonderful and the flavours delightful. The Massaman curry is another absolute highlight. The venue is like the inside of a mall, though you can eat inside the shop if you prefer, and it is protected if the weather is not the best. They have a bar with a good variety of drinks and beers available. The service can be a little rough at times, but it is improving.

Restaurant situated in an arcade on Goodwin Terrace.Dark, cosy space lit by,little ceiling lights.Service friendly and efficient,up til we left at approximately 7:15 we were the only clients. We shared the triangle puffs, with a sweet plum dipping sauce and the chicken satay, the home made peanut sauce was very good.Main was beef pad khee maow, flat pan fried rice noodles with basil chilli paste, pepper corns and mixed vegetables, also very good.We finished with a home made coconut pudding and ice cream. The restaurant is BYO at $4 per person.

Just across the road from Burleigh Beach is an unassuming building in Goodwin Terrace. It has a number of restaurants including Montezumas and Sway that are almost hidden within its recesses. We had dinner at Sway which is a small but comfortable restaurant. It has a trendy bar.The service is fairly average, but the meals are world class. We had Ginger Chicken Stirfry and Black Pepper King Prawns. They were both such a taste sensation, with a beautiful fusion of flavours and a meal well presented. We will be back! Book a table now

Enjoyed the tapas plate, green chicken curry, and cashew beef. Good selection on the tapas plate and was really good value. Other meals were as expected so were not dissapointed. Staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. Overall, it is a great place to catch up with friends in an informal environment where you can take your time eating and talking about the stunning setting that is Burleigh, without breaking the bank or feel guilty about enjoying a conversation.

Ordered a selection from their tapas menu. Generally fine, although unremarkable. Very small quantities of dipping sauces, however they brought us another small serve of sweet chilli when we asked for more. The chicken wings which came out were completely raw inside, which I realised after biting into them. These were replaced with a sincere apology from the waitress. I wouldn't return, but it was okay. The sauce on the pork belly was nice.

Went for lunch, maybe we were too early but arriving at 12 there was one guy still opening up, the food was very avg and seemed to be re heated. The rice was hard, the massaman was so sweet it couldn't be finished, my vegetables were cold but the noodles where hot ( I had pad Thai) two couples sat and waited for 15 minutes without service so they just up and left. Overall very poor service.

Went for a late meal after a few drinks at the surf club (8pm)...we had to hurry because the kitchen wanted to close which is a bit disappointing on a Friday night. Anyway, the highlight was the soup and despite feeling a bit rushed, we would return to try this place again. Book a table now
