My daughter and I were the only ones in the shop. The single employee was entirely unwelcoming and didn’t even attempt to be friendly. I honestly felt like we were bothering her. The tables and floor were dirty, and there wasn’t any music or anything playing. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that after a few minutes of eating inside, we decided to take the rest of our ice cream home to eat. $6+ for a mini cup and it wasn’t even very good. Not sure what all the hype is about, but we won’t be back.
There are numerous vegan options available! I visited the Dawsonville location, and I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They had no issues preparing our ice cream on a clean surface and changing their gloves for us. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience, especially since there were plenty of choices to suit our tastes! This review was updated from the previous one on August 14, 2022.
Most awkward experience ever. Four awkward young women and a young man who appeared to be “overseeing” them. Pretty sure he only smiled at me because I was handing over money. It was like being in a scene where the women had been kidnapped and forced into slavery. Oh, and the ice cream was awful.
Awesome place for ice cream! Very good ice cream and was not to sweet. I came her with my family and we all enjoyed it. The donuts bits and ice cream was addicting and not overly sweet. Definitely should check this place out. 10 out of 10 Book a table now
This is absolutely the best place for ice cream! I give it two thumbs up and five stars all around. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they also have a perfect score of 100 on their health inspection.
One of my Niece's favorite ice cream places to visit when she comes down to see us. The staff are always great with the kids as they order and watch their rolled ice cream order being made.
Walked in and walked right out because of how dirty everything was. No thanks. Broken tables. Ice cream all over the tables and floor. Gross
