I would have given this restaurant five stars, but I saw a family of six ahead of me that changed my mind. They had a little boy who put his finger in the yogurt dispenser, tasted it, and then moved on to the next flavor, using the same finger for each one. The three women accompanying him were watching and even asked him, "Did you like that one?" so I knew it would have been pointless to say anything to them. That image stuck with me, and I just couldn't get past it, so I decided to leave. I would have mentioned it to the staff, but the family was taking so long to pick their toppings and pay that I opted to just walk out.
The restaurant has a clean ambiance and a wide variety of options. Dylan was incredibly helpful in guiding us with toppings, particularly when we brought up a tree nut allergy. He even provided my nephew with a new spoon for scooping toppings. Additionally, they went to the back to fetch fresh waffle cone pieces since the ones on display were near walnuts. Overall, Dylan is a standout employee who truly takes allergies seriously.
After lunch, I needed something refreshing and light. Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt filled the bill. The shop was clean and bright. Service was prompt and friendly. The mango frozen yogurt was perfectly creamy and fruity. The blueberry and kiwi bubbles not only added a color contrast to the yellow-orange of the yogurt but were fun to pop in my mouth. Looking forward to another tasty yogurt treat.
The store is clean and the server was very kind and helpful. In front of us was a family with food allergy and she was informative about the food contents and was considerate enough to get a new box of Reece’s and M&M as toppings to ensure close contamination doesn’t happen.

Ice cream was delicious but after they way they treated us, we couldn't say we enjoy our stay. Definitely not Deaf-friendly and POC... can't explain on here but the experience was horrific for us. Of course we stopped going there.
The yogurt was delicious. There is one thing that I don’t like, the counter is not open so you can not make your own yogurt and they overload your yogurt. Great and all but please open the counter back up.
Frozen yogurt and toppings great.I liked the way the store was run before Covid.They really need to let folks know what they'd like them to do first, second, and third. Too much confusion when entering.
The selection of frozen yogurt and toppings is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that it's quite pricey.
