Food arrived in the time they said however donner and chips was extremely greasy to the point it was glistening, the pizza arrived wrong, when we asked them to take things off pizza and replace with some else all of a sudden they don't do it even tho they did at the start of the week as we order from them quite frequently. Notified them on the phone we will need change for £20 note to be give just under 6 pound in 5ps then phoned to complain and the person we spoke to was extremely rude Gone Really Down Hill! WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!
This takeaway is worthy of 5 stars. We have used them a few times now since moving to the area and we can honestly say the food here is 10/10. We've had a variety of things and thoroughly enjoyed all our meals . The delivery wait time is good and the prices are very fair. Salad and food is always fresh and cooked very well , we will not look for anywhere else. Thank you Hot Spot. Keep up the good work. Food: 5
i ordered around 2am so quite late and they were still open. fast delivery, they even came earlier than expected. i asked them not to knock and they respected that. there wasn’t an option for sauce on uber eats but i asked if they could put some on and they did!! the food was absolutely amazing. one of the best takeaways we have ate in a while. i will be recommending to this place to everyone Service: Delivery
The place is very unclean. Stuff all over the place and off-putting. The 2 staffs behaviours were dodgy, and the food preparation area is mostly unsighted, which I don't like. I decided to order as I was absolutely starving. The food itself tasted really good. I won't be going back as the uncleanness of the food preparation area and the customer service was off-putting. I work all over the country and sample many food venue 's similar but this Hot Spot is nothing like I 've ever tried. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The food was so tasty!
