I left my previous review below, but I went back this weekend and I felt like I had to change my review. It was perfect! Delicious coffee, delicious quiche, delicious caramel banana cake. They were super busy, but waited for about 15 minutes. Simple menu made very good. The ONLY Downside is the size, but I feel that it helps you feel that you can only get from a good breakfast. You have the position of the best breakfast place in McAllen... BETRIEB Very nice breakfast place, but due to its location I tend to forget it. They also sell a lot of great dessert cakes. I can’t believe i haven’t review this amazing place. We live next door and been coming here to eat for years. The food is always amazing, staff is always friendly. The owners are the sweetest persons and very attentive and kind. I feel like home whenever we go eat there. My favorite,the migas a la mexicana for breakfast along with the waffle wich is my husband favorite. Everything is made with fresh ingredients. So yummy so delicious that as I’m writing this I’m salivating. I recommend this place 100% And if you want to try lunch i recommend you the chicken alfredo.

We just moved to the area and sweet temptations was recommended to us. The food is great, the waiters are attentive and very kind. J.P. was extremely sweet and thoughtful when one of our daughter’s had a bad fall before leaving. The restaurant is clean, a cozy home like setting and the atmosphere is very inviting as soon as you walk in. My husband and I look forward to breakfast during the week with our daughters. We visited this restaurant last week and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were all amazing! The food tasted fresh and homemade. Our server, Carlos, was very efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Be sure to ask for him when you visit, as he is top-notch! The desserts were also delicious, especially the banana caramel cake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning!
First time here. This place was just amazing! From the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out everything was just on point. Food was great, service was amazing you can tell the owners care a lot of their restaurants reputation. Will definitely be coming back
delicious and fresh food. I usually came by lunch, had the lasagne, huhn alfredo, meat-deaf, chicken salad, tortilla soup, all in good amount and delicious. this time it was so good to get to the breakfast. fully recommend
hang down the best eating and dessert I had in the valley. the green chili soup is to die. the desserts were absolutely delicious. very cozy environment, super nice owners.
