This place is not the same as before, terrible customer service, every time I go something happens, the last time I went, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for them to deliver me a chicken wrap, and when I thought I was already They brought my food, they only brought my husband's, and people who arrived last than me ate first.
I stopped in today for the first time. The service was great. The food was nothing to repeat again. I had a strawberry cheesecake concrete and a Carribbean salad. Both had descriptions that made me excited to try them. Neither were worth what I paid.
Great place. I finally went in there. The general manager (I should've gotten his name) is great. Skinny guy with glasses. That guy understands customer service. He made my meal even better. Tough to find in Bradenton, FL.
