Sweetgreen - Table reservation

Really used to love this place. Unfortunately, I just had a less than stellar experience this past weekend. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad Bowl (kale based salad). The toppings were minimal (especially for a $12 salad). Which was very disappointing. That being said the majority of the salad was kale. Which is fine, however the kale was sandy/gritty. I guess it wasn't fully washed or washed a few times. I could not even eat the salad. At first i thought it may have been the seasoning on the salad, but no it was most certainly sandy. consistently good; polite and efficient service; and a clean and tidy interieur. the salads are not cheap, but at least they can feel good that they had a fresh and healthy meal. the small hamlet of the suburban square in ardmore is beautiful and mostly peaceful. many possibilities to take their salat on the adirondack chairs on the green or on the terrace furniture near simon pearce. sit down! relax! enjoy her salate.

Almost without fail there is a huge mistake in my order each visit, even when I order in person. I don’t even customize my bowl other than what is provided via the menu as a standard option. How can you completely omit key ingredients, such as the rice or grain in a “crispy rice bowl?” Disappointing service for an otherwise solid establishment.

Extremely aggressive staff member. As I attempted to check for an order. She raised her voice and ignorantly asked no leave it! There is nothing that says this do not check for your order or rules out in place on display. Please correct this issue.
