I will no longer be going to Sweetgreen! I have visited both the Greenwich and Darien locations several times, but today was the final straw. I stopped ordering online because they kept forgetting to add chicken, avocado, and dressing to my salads. While Sweetgreen has a great concept with fresh ingredients and convenient locations, the quality of their salads is often not worth the time or money. Many of the employees seem arrogant and unhappy in their jobs, and they frequently run out of ingredients like avocado. During my last visit, the employee even used her fingers to add ingredients to my salad when I asked her to use utensils. The salad ended up being overly wet and lacking in ingred...
I used to frequent this restaurant for lunch regularly. However, the quality seems to have declined, especially in recent times. In the last month or two, I encountered a salad with several large chicken bones and another with what appeared to be either a chunk of lint or mold. Although I was refunded for both instances, I am hesitant to return after the second incident. I generally enjoy the food at Sweetgreen, but it seems like this particular location is facing difficulties.
The staff is very friendly, but the app needs to accurately reflect the number of employees working during the day. I ordered my salad at 12:20pm for a 12:45pm pickup, but I, along with other customers with the same pickup time, still have not received our orders. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. Sweetgreen, you need to better support your staff or set more realistic expectations for customers placing orders in advance. I am extremely disappointed.
Hours day until 9pm but if you get there at 7:30 they send you out. They also always mess up my order and stop making it halfway through distracted by other peoples orders. Only a few people there know how to make change for money.staff just generally rude and inconsiderate. A server took a break while I was sitting working and started blasting sound from their iPhone at the table beside me in a room full of empty tables

They are usually pretty friendly at this location, but I just had this woman named Dana make my salad and she is the most atrocious employee I've ever experienced. She has terrible customer service and is extremely rude and condescending. She should not be allowed to work in a customer service industry with her attitude problem. Fire her!
The salads at this restaurant are of excellent quality! My only advice is to order online for pickup in advance and when you have extra time, as I've experienced wait times of over 30 minutes. Other than that, it's fantastic!
This restaurant offers a great option for those trying to eat light or lose weight. The salads are priced at around $18 and have very little protein, making them a waistline-friendly choice.
I ordered a crispy rice bowl. When I opened it there was no chicken in it,which the recipe calls for. However, I did find apples in it which the recipe doesn’t call for!
