I had to park on the street, and when I went to pay, the meter just said network error and wouldn't let me pay. The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I just wanted to grab a drink and head home. I didn't leave a tip for the server because I only ordered one drink and didn’t have much money to spare. She gave me an attitude when she saw I wasn’t tipping, which was unnecessary. As for the Thai milk tea, it tasted like watered-down food coloring. Overall, I'm not satisfied. I spent nearly $10 and received poor service along with a subpar drink. Thanks a lot, Sweet Water.
It is close to my work, so I come here very often. I can say every other day. Some times I sit there to study or work on something. Most I order coffee from the app and pick it up. Their americano, espresso, cappuccino, and latte are great. I don’t eat the pastries because I am on low carb diet. The service is always good except when it is busy where the online ordering is delayed.
This is definitely the best place for cold brew in Grand Rapids. The coffee is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly, and the wifi is strong enough for remote work without any connection issues. Plus, the natural light that fills the shop is amazing. Great little coffee/smoothie/boba shop. I stopped with my kids once and we all enjoyed our drinks, then I also went to a comedy show there the other weekend and the staff was great.

This is a very relaxed spot with excellent coffee! The dragon eye drink was robust and helped me power through the afternoon. It's a fantastic little place!
