My friend and I decided to order the family platter, which is meant to serve 5-6 people. We were quite hungry, and it turned out we had enough food for another meal the next day! The platter featured incredible wings, pork belly, sausage, brisket, turkey, and more. The sides were also delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. You can choose to sit inside or outside, which is a nice touch. This is the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. I’d rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!
We had family in town and ordered takeout for the first time. We eat at this restaurant regularly and are always pleased with the food and service. We ordered the family platter and 25 smoked wings. Must have been an off night because there was only two pieces of brisket, and they completely left out the ribs. Kinda disappointing for a meal that costs over $125. We'll continue to frequent this restaurant, but will be sure to check any takeout orders at checkout in the future.
Food and service was good but wish they kept their social media updated. Arrive at 4:30 and were out of the Double-barrel and ribs. If looking to go for their ribs, definitely suggest calling ahead as this was a huge disappointment. The wings however were amazing! The white hot and their hot honey and blue sauces were fantastic! The pork rinds with Tabasco honey and blue cheese were so fun and tasty! They arrived at the table popping with deliciousness!
I was really disappointed as I had heard great things about this place. I tried the ribs, but they were just average. The baked beans were bland, although the corn pudding was quite good. I also ordered banana pudding to go, which turned out to be mostly whipped cream with flavorless pudding—I suspect it was from a large can. The only highlight was the delicious vanilla wafers. Let me start off by saying this place has the best barbecue food I've tasted in South carolina. I've lived here now for almost 18 years and none of the other restaurants even come close. We got the family feast which included six different meats and all of them are delicious. If I could get this place 10 Stars I would! Without a doubt as in my new favorite restaurant in town.
My husband and I visited for lunch while on vacation, and we tried the brisket and pulled pork. The meat was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor—definitely the best we've ever had! The service was exceptional as well. The atmosphere was casual, and our server was friendly and highly attentive. Don't miss the chance to eat here!
I came here for the first time and I won't be returning. I ordered a $19 plate, but the portion was too small. The blueberry cobbler was cold and tasted terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The customer service from the manager was also subpar. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 0 out of 10.
