On a perfect warm summer day I went to the Swing Wine Bar with two friends. We were seated outside in the shade, not too close to other people so we could hear each other well. The wine was outstanding and beautifully served in triple-tier stands, adding to the celebratory feel of our meeting. We ordered a meat-and-cheese plate and we loved it except for the gjetost cheese (almost any other cheese would be preferable). There was enough of everything, and our server was exactly what we needed: checking in periodically but subtle and welcoming. Hooray! Of course I'll be back.
Great experience in this cozy restaurant which has a delicious terrace for sunny summer evenings. The view of Capitol Lake is fabulous and the atmosphere is particularly serene... the feeling of being in your garden. The interior is just as charming, it looks good in winter. The waitress was very friendly and available. A very nice wine list from different origins. Our appreciation of the dishes was more mixed: tastes probably too different from our French references, in particular for the charcuterie/cheese board. I recommend for the pleasure of the place
Lovely patio overlooking Capital Lake. The food was great, and our server was kind and knowledgeable. We ordered some appetizers and the fondue to share, which was perfect. The wine selection was fantastic, and there were several flights available, which we decided to try. We're looking forward to another visit!
It was our first time dining at Swing to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to be served complimentary wine as we did not expect that. Thank you for making it a memorable experience with delicious food and drinks and great service! Definitely will not be our last time. :

We went there for our anniversary dinner, and it was spectacular. They treated us like princes, and gave us a complimentary toast of bubbly. Super friendly staff and excellent food with a gorgeous view over Capitol Lake. We will certainly be coming back!
Bring back the BACON WRAPPED DATES. Food is alright but not really on par with the price. The excellent atmosphere, service, and wine selection still make this a great option for a date night or just a nice evening out with friends
Finally, a restaurant that actually has some vegan and vegetarian options that are delicious! We love going to Swing. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet, and always very welcoming. Excellent wine options as well!
A great place to take in the best of Olympia's Capitol Lake and local artistry while dining on unique and tasty foods. Topping it off with a creme brulee was the perfect end to a perfect date at Swing Wine Bar.

Came here for girls night. Great selection of wine and the food didn't disappoint either. I would definitely recommend the cheese fondue.
