So tonight no dinner for me after I lost my appetite. Ordered seafood basket and was excited to dig in only to find out that it was raw!chips are like frozen for weeks and deep fried! Prawns still have some black marks on it which im not sure where it came from(either not fresh or too fresh that it wasn't cook!) so i immediately called them up and was told at first by the girl who answered to me "ok you talk to the cook" in a rude manner, but the cook did not bother to talk to me instead she left me hanging for about 4mins and then told me to bring them back the food!(as if they dont believe me that im not eating that sh*t) so i went there, and showed it to them, like all of them where on the...

We have not had the opportunity recently however, returned for a take away on the weekend just gone. Specifically ordered our selection of fish (Pink Snapper) with minimum chips. Proceeded to nearby river park and enjoyed a beautifully cooked piece of fleshy fish exactly as ordered. The boys have been consistent since they opened and, the move down the back of the arcade does not seem to have affected their service or standard.  We refuse to feed seagulls but had more than enough chips to do so! Nice to see they have prepared salads and add-ons available although we did not avail on this occasion. Fish is expensive now (everywhere) but, cheaper than trying to catch my own...

Wow. This was once the best fish and chip shop in Perth and was my go to place for 20 years . I gave it a miss when they moved into their pokey little shop in the arcade-- no waiting area and difficult to park. Anyway I just gave it another go . The fish was soggy and wet ( seemed like it had been frozen ), the chips were the same , the serving was very small and overpriced compared to their opposition around the neighbourhood . Appears to be the same owners . Not sure what happened here but most probably high rents and they are cutting corners .. Won't be going back
