Placed an order yesterday at noon to pick up an order for 3:35pm went to get it but l still had to wait another 15min restaurant was not busy l asked why it wasn't ready he said he was busy and forgot there were 5 people working 2 on there phones store not busy this is the second time that I placed an order earlier to pick up and l had to wait that time as well l think management should be looking into why order are not ready when placed for a certain time
Stone Rd location has really picked up their quality thank goodness. I usually go to the Woodlawn location because of food poisoning twice at stone Rd location a few years back. I decided to give them another chance and they are much better. Chicken cooked through now. Infant seem to get the whole wheat buns anymore??
I ordered two Festive Specials for takeout and I live 20 kilometers away from the Fergus Harvey's. The quarter chicken in both meals was very small, far smaller than what we usually receive. I’m very disappointed, but it's too far for me to go back and return it. It certainly wasn't worth the price we paid.
I've typically had excellent experiences with curbside pick-up here, but during my last visit, their computer system was down. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food, and no one came out or seemed to notice I was waiting. I'll consider it just a one-time glitch this time. Book a table now
I spent $35 on my meal at Swiss Chalet, specifically craving their world-famous fries. When I got home, I discovered they had replaced them with Harvey's fries. I ended up throwing my meal away. Thanks for taking my money!
They couldn't figure out a gift card.Refused to take it because they couldn't get it to work and damaged the card in the process.Then handed out to wrong order.Always issues with this location.Usually staff related issues
Food was okay, just terrible value. Im a small guy and to spend 25 bucks plus on take out and still be hungry afterwards! maybe it was the 8 bucks plus for a ceaser salad.
1/4 chicken was the best I had in a long time. I love coming here atmosphere is good and service is great love the new Book a table now
The food is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This restaurant is a fantastic dining spot.
